A Postable Christmas Project


This year I am taking part in a cookie swap. Tonight I made 96-100 Big and soft ginger cookies. It was a new recipe and it ended up being sooooo tasty. Gingery, sweet, and soft. Perfect with a cup of hit apple cider or coffee.

    I've not heard of hit apple cider. Does that mean extra bourbon?
